I’ve been to therapy a few times in my life and have never connected well with anyone until I met Crystal. I came to her in the middle of the worst anxiety I’ve ever had and she helped me work through the immediate problems as well as underlying issues. I was seen for a long term PTSD. EDMR changed my life. I struggled for 10 yrs because I felt I should be able to handle it myself. You DONT have to try alone! Crystal Hiner is an expert in this field and will find the best way to work with you at YOUR pace. She is nonjudgmental and always makes you feel at home. The inner struggle that was gnawing at me for 10+ yrs has gone! I feel like the weight of the world is NO LONGER on my shoulders and I have many ways now to handle any future rough patches in my life . However, should I ever feel like life is just too much to handle I can call her and get right in to see her.
