We are contracted with: Medical Mutual, United Health Commercial, Humana, some Summa Health plans, Anthem/ Blue Cross and UMR. We have applied for additional insurance networks and are pending approval.

Costs of Services If you choose to self-pay, our services are offered at a competitive cost and are listed below:
50 min therapy session: $80 Assessment: $100
Testimony: $150/hour - (door to door)
Prepared letters: $75/page - (regardless of amount of page used)
